Vision Panel Options
Glazed vision panels are generally used within doors to allow light into a room, for aesthetic reasons and or for safety allowing individuals using the door to be seen from both sides.
Vision panels are available in a range of sizes and can be arranged to meet a particular application or aesthetic requirement.
Hanson & Beards Ltd typically offer two types of glazing bead as standard:
- Hockey stick vision panel bead.
- Flush stick vision panel bead.
Both type of bead can be used within a variety of designs to meet specific fire ratings, aperture shapes and sizes.
Beads come in a variety of finishes – fully polished, primed or painted to match the door facing and are generally fixed using concealed steel pins. Alternative methods such as fixing are available.
